FlaxKernel™ contains one of the highest α-linolenic acid (ALA), an essential polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) belonging to omega-3 fatty acids, it has long been confirmed and recommended by the American Heart Association to reduce inflammation and help chronic Heart disease, cancer and arthritis.

due to excessive consumptions of fried food and fast food, and the omega-6 accumulation in the body has been on the increase and reached as high as 50 to 1 ratio to Omega-3 as compared to an ideal 1:1 ratio leading to many kinds inflammation and cardiovascular diseases.

FlaxKernel™ hard shell must first be removed or it cannot be digested, however the poly unsaturated fatty acid of Omega-3 is prone to oxidation during grinding and quickly lose its potency afterwards even if  cold press oil extraction method is applied unless exposure to air/oxygen can be eliminated in the vacuum-like anaerobic environment.

The patented dehulling process allows our FlaxKernel™ to maintain the integrity and nutrition values of the flaxseeds while offering digestible possibility with most of the shells removed.
